How much of the rest of the show is real?

If you tuned in last week, you got to read about The Rugrats Theory which basically posits that all the babies besides Dil were figments of Angelica's twisted and drug adled brain. Only Angelica and Dil were real in the show.

Except they were real outside of the show as well!

The show's creator has revealed that Angelica was based on a real life bully she had when she was younger. And though others on the creative staff did not approve of inserting this real life tragic figure into the show, Arlene Klasky insisted on it.

If the twisted Angelica is real, how much of the rest of the show is real?
